Frequently asked storage questions...
1. Are there any administration or set-up fees?
Absolutely none.
2. Do I have to use a special lock?
Not at all. You are welcome to bring a lock from home or we have some available for purchase in the Office.
3. When are payments due?
Your monthly payment is due on the first of each month. We can accept Visa, MasterCard, cheque or cash. You can also pay online through many financial institutions.
4. What happens if I move in (or move out) during the month?
You are only charged for the number of days that you are renting the locker, subject to a one-month minimum rental.
5. What about insurance?
It is your sole responsibility to provide insurance for your goods. Like any mini-storage facility, we do not in any way insure your belongings. You can contact your
insurance professional for information on storage insurance.
6. When can I access my locker?
Access hours are the same as our office hours. We're open 7 days at week at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday we close at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays and
holidays we close at 2:00 p.m. We are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
